The training outlines the different principles, processes and themes of PRINCE2. The aim is to enable the participant to understand the terminology, acronyms, principles, processes, topics and techniques related to project management of PRINCE2 and to apply the implementation to Smals, to improve the quality and maturity of projects within Smals.
